Safety concerns
You can report users, activities, Moments, communities, conversations, and businesses from within Hobity. You can also block users to limit further interaction.
For serious safety concerns or abusive behaviour, email support@hobity.app with as much relevant information as possible.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service rather than relying on an in-app report.
Read the Community GuidelinesAccount deletion
Account deletion is available directly inside Hobity and cannot be undone after it has completed successfully.
Successful deletion removes your account through Hobity’s secure server process and signs you out. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or moderation purposes.
Unable to access the app? Email support@hobity.app from the address connected to your Hobity account.
Troubleshooting
Confirm that your device has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection.
Fully close the app, reopen it, and try the action again.
Check the App Store or Google Play for an available Hobity update.
Camera, photo, location, and notification permissions are managed through your device settings.
Restarting can resolve temporary operating-system or connection issues.
